Air Force 1 & Swine

So I'm seeing all these news reports about Air Force 1 flying over New York City scaring the heck out of all these people on the ground because they have no idea if this is another attack.

Now what I have not heard is the blame being directed at the president. It is explained away as "Obama did not know" Now I'm not sure but I seem to recall that every time a Bush administration person made a mistake that every news organization wanted Bush's head not just the persons and in many many cases rightly so. So lets make this fair and blame all the way up. Heck it is HIS plane after all.

Since this was all for photos to be taken of the AF1 then why don't we make it easy. Take the plane over the water and take photos from a bunch of different angles. Hire someone from almost any collage going for a graphics art degree to then photoshop AF1 onto any background you like. With the amount of stock footage of AF1 you would probably not even need to take original pictures anyhow and save the tax payers some money.

Can someone please tell me how anyone could feel safe while we have people coming over the border with this flu? The line of defense that we have is that the border agents are going to look at the person and determine if they show symptoms. Please for one the border agents have enough problems to look out for with smuggling and you want them to play doctor also. Another thing and most of you might remember this from High School biology you can be a carrier for days of any pathagin without showing symptoms.

The plain on you face answer to this is simple close the borders to everyone traveling to and from Mexico. Place the National Guard on the borders to stop illegal entry into the country. If a person is caught coming over the border then you place them in a holding pin.


The holding pin is simple. During desert storm we had holding pins for the Iraqis that surrendered to the US military. If you are to young to remember or paid no attention the Iraqis surrendered by the hundreds. The holding pins where simple holes dug into the ground with barbed wire around them. This way they could be gaurded by 4-8 member of the military with fully automatic weapons. We gave them blanket rolls to use as bedding and in some cases held them for a month until we could figure out what to do with them. Lets do the same thing here dig out some holes and place these people in them. Than after we have determined that they are not carrying the swine flu we can ship them back. If they are infected treat them for it than ship them back.

I have been thinking about starting a blog for some time simply because I have an opinion to share. I promise you that I might upset you, I might offend you, I might piss you off, and I might open your eyes to my way of thinking.

I also promise that if you leave a comment I will not disparage you and call you names.

Let us be perfectly frank this is my blog I will not change the wording because you don't like the fact I call a group a certain name. Terrorists are terrorist regardless if they are middle eastern, Anti-abortion nuts, Animal protection nuts, or a member of a political party.
